- Property Card

- Other Ownership document, if any(like Lease Deed/Letter of transfer from Estate in favour of present lessee etc.)
- Property tax bill/s – latest ) All structures
- Repair Cess bill/s – latest ) within the property
- Electricity Bill/s paid by Owner
- Tenants Rent bill/s or receipts of a particular month of 1995
- Tenants Rent bill/s or receipts of a particular month of current year (all tenants)
- Copy of Inspection extract from BMC, if any, available with Owner
- Copy of Building Plan incl. Permission for extension of top floor
- Copy of Occupation Certificate/BCC of existing building, if any, available with Owner.
- Details of repairing, if any, carried out by MHADA / any other correspondence with MHADA
- To state whether any other structures like parking garage / Ironing Shed / Mail shed/motor repairing garage / STD booth/shop etc. existing at site, if any.
- Development Plan (D.P.) Remarks of MCGM, if any, available with Owner.
- Road Setback record, if any
- Area of existing tenants premises + Owners premises
- Any other information owner wishes to impart to the Purchaser.
